Read my Terms of Service before you prepare to commission me. I'll expect you to have read them all and agreed to those terms when you've paid the invoice to commission me.

When I open for commissions, it is not first come, first served. I will select a number of commission requests that I am most comfortable working with. Each commissioner may only order one commission item at a time. To commission additional artwork, please wait for the next commission opening.

To apply for a commission slot, please fill out the google form linked in the commission post.

In the google form, you will tell me what kind of commission you want (Full-Body/Headshot Shaded/Flat/Sketch/BG) and the subject (species of character, doing what?), link your character's main reference sheet, and tell me which platforms you are available to be reached for discussion of your commission. Here you will also let me know what social media platforms you are available to be reached on, and which one you'd most prefer to be reached about your commission request.

I'll reach out to let you know if I accept your commission. After all commission slots have been claimed, I will announce so publicly and commissions will close.

You might get an invitation to join a short waitlist if your commission isn't accepted . Those in the waitlist will be guaranteed to have their commission accepted when I am able to take them next time, but may not change the subject matter or type of their commission request unless checking with me first.

After accepting your commission, I'll then ask you for all the details of the commission, give you a quote to confirm, and then ask for your paypal email address so I can invoice you.

Once your invoice is paid, I will begin on the concept sketch shortly, and let you know of any delays. This shouldn't take much longer than a few days.

After I finish a concept sketch, I will contact you to show you a WIP. This will be a concept sketch, showing what the general pose and expression of the character will be, and approximately how the features of the character will be drawn. If there is a background, the concept for the background will be lightly sketched. At this stage, I'll need you to let me know if you like the direction of the commission: the pose, the expression, how major features of the character's design are drawn, etc. You are free to ask for changes to the pose, expression, and if anything in the character's design needs fixed. Complex details such as small accessories may be simplified at this stage, but if you notice anything missing that needs to be there, don't hesitate to let me know!!After you give the okay on the sketch stage, I will move on to drawing the lineart.

After I finish the lineart, I'll contact you again with a WIP. At this stage, all of the lineart should be finished, and I'll need you to let me know if anything at all needs corrected to match your character's physical design. The lineart at this stage is representative of the final piece uncolored, so any physical details here are final. After you give the okay on the lineart stage, I will move on to completing the commission with flat colors, shading if any, and background if any. If there's a background, I will usually finish it by now to reference for the shading.

After I color and render the commission, I'll contact you one last time with a WIP before adding finishing touches and color corrections. Some ocs with complex markings may get an additional WIP after the coloring stage and before shading to make sure the markings and flat colors are right. After you give the okay on this stage, I'll add any final touches.

Lastly, you'll receive the final product! I will give you a watermarked version for posting on your social media if you like, and an un-watermarked version for your own personal, non-commercial use (like profile pics and stuff). If it looks all good to you, then the commission process is concluded, and I will also post the commission on my own social media shortly afterwards. :)
